2. The short, honest version
- This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services.
- We only store your e-mail address if you enter it yourself — and only use it to notify you when evaio launches.
- No selling, no sharing of your data with third parties.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the page, the server automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested file, browser identifier). These logs are technically necessary for secure operation (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and are deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with IONOS.
4. Pre-launch sign-up ("Count me in!")
If you enter your e-mail address, we store it together with the time of sign-up. You will receive a confirmation e-mail (double opt-in); your sign-up only becomes valid once you click the confirmation link. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). To prevent abuse we additionally store a technical check value (hash) of your IP address — your address cannot be reconstructed from it. Unconfirmed entries are deleted after 30 days. You can withdraw your consent at any time — an informal e-mail to info@evaio.de is enough and we will delete your address promptly.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — competent for us: the North Rhine-Westphalia data protection authority (www.ldi.nrw.de).
