Terms of service
Version 0.1 (pre-launch edition) — last updated: 2026-07-12. When the community launches, this edition will be extended and presented to you for consent.
1. Who we are, what evaio is
evaio.de is a neighbourhood, friendship and dating community operated by echotec (company in formation), Reinhardstr. 2, 50181 Bedburg, Germany ("we"). These terms govern the use of the website evaio.de and, later, the related app.
2. Joining
- Use is only permitted from the age of 16. Certain areas (e.g. "Your Love") are accessible only from 18 and after age verification.
- Only one account per person; the information you register with must be true.
- Your password is yours alone — never share it.
3. What is not allowed
- Insults, threats, discrimination, bullying or harassment of others.
- Illegal content of any kind, in particular depictions of violence and content endangering children or minors.
- Spam, bulk messages, commercial advertising without our permission.
- Uploading photos or texts you do not hold the rights to.
- Fake identities ("fake profiles") and automated access (bots, scrapers).
4. Your content
What you upload remains yours. You only grant us the technical right to store and display your content on evaio. Photos are reviewed by our team before being shown. Violations of section 3 may lead to removal of content, warnings (yellow card), temporary suspensions (red card) or termination.
5. "Blüten" (virtual points)
"Blüten" (blossoms) are a fun reward system. They are not money, cannot be paid out, transferred or exchanged for real goods, and may expire.
6. Costs and sponsoring
Basic use of evaio is free of charge. Voluntary sponsoring unlocks extra features; details are shown directly with each feature.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee constant availability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for the breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Other users are themselves responsible for their content.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. Certain data must be retained for a limited period for legal reasons (details in the privacy policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations — with reasons given and the possibility to appeal.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will show you the changes at your next login and ask for your consent or acknowledgement.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder stays effective.
